Mike began his real estate career after graduation from U.C. Berkeley in 1985.

From 1985 to 1996, Mike was a commercial real estate agent and commercial appraiser.

From 1996 to 2001, Mike managed residential and commercial real estate for a large property management company in San Jose.

Mike founded Paragon in March 2001.
